On Saturdays we get together in teams of 3-6 and work together in our highly popular Team WODs. Expect Way Ahead Fitness vibes - combining kettlebells, barbells, dumbbells and various cardio movements to build strength, improve mobility and leave feeling stronger and faster!
Varied sessions for 5-11 year olds teaching foundational movement patterns and providing them with fun and engaging fitness sessions.
Note: All Kids must be accompanied by an adult.
